And every day you can start with a healthy, fruity and healing bowl of shake that includes CBD. This serving breakfast is loaded with superfoods like spinach, which is high in iron, calcium and magnesium, and also high in vitamins B6, B9, C, and E. Just WOW !! and that’s just one ingredient.

Base for Smoothie:
1/2 cup avocado
1/2 cup to 3/4 cup coconut milk
1 cup spinach
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
zest of 1 lime
1/2 teaspoon vanillin
1-2 tablespoons of sweetener (honey or some stevia)
2 Your Normal Kbd Concentrate Dosages
Garnish – DIY!
2 tablespoons dried coconut flakes
some raspberries or other berries
1 kiwi, chopped
Sprigs of mint
Combine avocado, coconut milk, spinach, lime juice, lime zest, vanilla, sweetener and CBD concentrate until smooth.
You can add some coconut milk until you get a consistency that suits you. And you can add more sweetener or CBD if needed.
Pour into a bowl and garnish with dried coconut flakes, strawberries, berries or fruits of your choice, or sliced kiwi.
