If you’re new to food, what better way? If you are a seasoned food consumer, this could bring you back to the first day of your cannabis experience. Regardless of your experience, the cakes will turn out to be delicious. This is undeniable! And if you make them from hemp, they will delight you too. What more could the heart want?
Here’s how to make the perfect batch of marijuana brownies …
INGREDIENTS FOR COOKING:
– 120 grams of hemp oil, pre-added with 3.5 grams of cannabis (for strong cakes) or 60 grams of cannabis oil and 60 grams of butter (for light cakes, respectively);
– 2 eggs;
– 2 glasses of sugar;
– 1/2 teaspoon of salt;
-1/4 teaspoon baking soda
-1/4 teaspoon baking powder
– 120 grams of chocolate (chocolate should not be too sweet, as sugar will already sweeten the dough);
– 1 glass of flour;
– 1/4 cup vegetable oil;
– two bowls;
– a large mixing bowl;
– a small saucepan or metal bowl that can fit inside a large saucepan;
– baking dish;
– parchment paper.
Step by step preparation of hemp brownies. Begin:
Step 1: Start by preheating your oven to 175 ° C. While you wait for the oven to heat up to the desired temperature, start mixing the ingredients. Add flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda to one bowl. In another bowl, combine one teaspoon of vanillin and eggs.
Step 2: It’s time to melt your chocolate. The best way to do this is with a double boiler. So, take a large and small pots. Fill your large saucepan with a few centimeters of water and bring to a boil gradually. Then, place your 120 grams of chocolate in a smaller saucepan and place it on top of the boiling water in a large saucepan. Let the chocolate melt. Add vegetable oil to hot, melted chocolate and stir.
Step 3: Pour this liquid chocolate and vegetable oil mixture into the bowl of eggs. Scrape out any chocolate mixture you can into a bowl using a wooden spoon or spatula. Then stir in canna oil. Mix all ingredients gently, but do not whisk.
Step 4: Pour this bowl of chocolate and canna butter into the bowl of dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Then line this mixture on a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Press down on the dough so that it fills the mold and there is no air trapped inside the batter. Spread the dough evenly over the entire baking dish.
Step 5: By now, your oven should be at the correct temperature (175 ° C). So, put the baking dish in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Then we turn the “baking sheet” 180 degrees and put it back in the oven to bake for another 10 minutes. Once it looks caked on top (but not burnt), take it out and let it cool until it cools completely.
Step 6: You can now technically eat your brownies, but it is recommended that it takes about an hour for your pie to cool and harden. Since it is full of hemp, if you don’t let it cool enough, it can look like buttery hemp. But if you let it cool enough, all the ingredients will harden and your cakes will taste more like regular cannabis-free cakes.
Step 7: Just stick to the correct dosage! For about every 3-square-centimeter piece of cake you eat, you will consume about 30 mg of cannabis (if you choose a high dosage) or 15 mg of cannabis (if you choose a lower dosage). The 30mg dosage of cannabis is potent, so it’s a good idea to start small and work your way up. You can always eat the supplement, but as soon as you eat too much, it’s too late – you will most likely feel bad.
